Terms & Terms Use of the ggc365 Platform

Welcome to GGC365. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("User") and GGC365 ("Company", "we", "us"), which operates the online betting platform at ggc365.ws. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the GGC365 platform, you agree fully, unconditionally, and without reservation to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this Agreement.

To register and use the GGC365 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Geographic Area: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ggc365 platform is permitted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the platform.
• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on GGC365 at any time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

Creating a GGC365 account is straightforward and takes less than 2 minutes. However, there are important responsibilities you must observe regarding the security of your account:

• Password: You are solely responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. GGC365 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact GGC365 support immediately to have your account frozen.
• Account Activity Responsibility: All activities carried out under your account are your responsibility, unless there is clear evidence that the access resulted from negligence on the part of GGC365.
• Use of Public Devices: GGC365 advises against accessing your account on public computers or shared devices. Always log out at the end of every session.

GGC365 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via a range of secure Malaysian digital payment methods. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• GGC365 reserves the right to decline or refund any deposit deemed suspicious or potentially linked to money laundering activity.
• The maximum daily deposit amount is RM 50,000 unless a specific limit has been approved for VIP accounts.

GGC365 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. The following terms apply to all withdrawals from your account:

• Processing Time: Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, and Boost are processed within 3 to 5 minutes. FPX withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 30 minutes.
• Minimum Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Identity Verification: ggc365 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000, in compliance with KYC requirements.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a bank account registered in your own name.
• Bonus Terms: All bonus funds received must meet the specified wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 6 for more details.

Ggc365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has its own wagering requirement as specified in the respective promotion. Wagering requirements are typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount received.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Any bonus that is unused, or whose wagering requirement has not been met within the specified period, will be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each player is entitled to one bonus per promotion. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Excluded Games: Certain games may be excluded or contribute only partially towards the bonus wagering requirement. A full list of excluded games is available in the specific terms of each promotion.
• GGC365's Rights: GGC365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the GGC365 platform — including slots, live casino, table games, Sports Betting, e-sports, and virtual sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• Final Decision: All game results are final. GGC365 uses a licensed RNG (Random Number Generator) engine that has been independently certified by international auditing bodies to ensure fairness across all chance-based games.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, ggc365 will save the game state and allow you to resume once your connection is restored. For live in-play Sports Betting, any bets accepted prior to the disruption remain valid.
• Sports Betting: For Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports, the odds displayed are accurate at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change before your bet is confirmed.
• Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automation software (bots) is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

GGC365 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players better manage their betting habits:

• Deposit Limit: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. These limits take effect immediately upon being set and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Loss Limit: You may set a maximum loss limit for a chosen period. Once the loss limit is reached, you will be unable to place new bets until that period has ended.
• Temporary Break: You may temporarily freeze your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that betting is starting to affect your life, you may apply for self-exclusion, either permanently or for a duration of your choosing.

GGC365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Multiple accounts held by the same individual
• Registering an account using false information or another person's identity
• User found to be under 18 years of age
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of system bugs
• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage
• Attempts to transfer funds between accounts or manipulate the bonus system
• Rude or threatening behaviour towards staff or other users

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons (not due to a breach), any remaining balance will be returned to you in full in accordance with GGC365's standard withdrawal procedure.

The ggc365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ggc365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free availability of the platform or its fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• ggc365 is not liable for any financial losses arising from the use of the platform, including betting losses.
• GGC365 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or actions taken by authorities.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the GGC365 platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

GGC365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on ggc365.ws. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the GGC365 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
